At Moraxylnova, we are committed to providing high-quality online masterclasses in biodiversity conservation. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our courses and services.

1. General Refund Terms

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our masterclasses. However, due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
  • Technical issues prevented access to the course, and our support team was unable to resolve them within 7 business days
  • The course was significantly different from its description and we cannot provide a suitable alternative

2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • You request a refund between 15 and 30 days of purchase
  • You have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course content
  • Extenuating circumstances prevented course completion

Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis and typically range from 25% to 50% of the original purchase price.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
  • You have downloaded course materials, resources, or certificates
  • You have completed the course or received a completion certificate
  • The refund request is due to changed personal circumstances unrelated to course quality
  • You violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies

3. Special Course Types

3.1 Live Masterclasses and Webinars

For live interactive sessions:

  • Full refunds available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time
  • No refunds available within 48 hours of the event or after the event has commenced
  • If the live session is cancelled by Moraxylnova, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future courses

3.2 Course Bundles and Subscriptions

For bundled courses or subscription services:

  • Refunds are prorated based on accessed content across all courses in the bundle
  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with no refund for the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days

3.3 Promotional and Discounted Courses

Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy, with refunds calculated based on the actual amount paid.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@moraxylnova.com within the eligible refund period
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and course name in your request
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

We may request additional information or documentation to process your refund request.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Approval and Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • You will receive email confirmation of the approval
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5.2 Access Revocation

Upon refund approval, your access to the course content will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to:

  • View course videos or materials
  • Access course downloads or resources
  • Participate in course forums or communities
  • Receive course updates or communications

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content:

  • Contact our support team immediately at info@moraxylnova.com
  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots if possible
  • Allow our team reasonable time to diagnose and resolve the problem
  • Refund eligibility for technical issues will be assessed after troubleshooting attempts

7. Course Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our biodiversity conservation masterclasses. If you are not satisfied with your course experience within the first 14 days and meet the refund eligibility criteria, we will provide a full refund without requiring extensive justification.

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Serious illness or medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Military deployment or relocation
  • Other extraordinary circumstances

Please contact our support team to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions such as course credits, deferrals, or special refund arrangements.

9. Course Cancellations by Moraxylnova

If Moraxylnova cancels a course for any reason:

  • All enrolled participants will receive a full refund automatically
  • Alternatively, participants may choose to receive credit toward any other course of equal or lesser value
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks:

  • May result in immediate account suspension
  • May incur additional processing fees
  • May prevent future enrollment in Moraxylnova courses
  • Will be disputed if the chargeback does not comply with this refund policy

11. Gift Purchases and Third-Party Payments

For courses purchased as gifts or through third-party payment platforms:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method
  • The recipient must contact the original purchaser to request a refund
  • Standard refund eligibility criteria apply

Moraxylnova reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
